1. Acceptance of terms. By creating an account or signing in to DriveOne ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using DriveOne on behalf of a driving school, you confirm you are authorised to bind that school to these terms.

2. The Service. DriveOne provides driving-school management software, including student enrolment, trainer scheduling, attendance, payment tracking, and document management. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts & OTP sign-in. Access is granted through one-time passwords sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining control of that number and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Your data. Your school's data (students, trainers, payments, documents) belongs to you. You grant DriveOne a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other schools' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to send spam. Student phone numbers are masked from trainers by design; do not attempt to circumvent this.

6. Payments recorded in DriveOne. DriveOne records payments between schools and students but is not a party to those transactions and does not process funds. Fee disputes are between the school and the student.

7. Availability & changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond amounts paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

1. What we collect. Account details (name, mobile number, role, school name and city), operational data your school enters (student enrolments, trainer schedules, attendance, payment records), identity documents students upload for licence processing (e.g. Aadhaar, PAN — front/back images or PDFs), and aggregated website-usage information such as device type, approximate location, pages viewed and interactions. Analytics does not receive names, phone numbers, OTPs or school data.

2. How we use it. Solely to operate DriveOne: signing you in via OTP, showing dashboards, tracking course progress, recording payments, and verifying documents. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Phone number masking. Student phone numbers are masked from trainers by design. Trainers contact students through the app without seeing the full number.

4. Where data lives. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per school — one school cannot see another school's data.

5. Who can see what. School owners see their school's full data. Trainers see their assigned students and schedules. Students see their own progress, classes, documents, and payments. DriveOne staff access data only when required for support, with your consent.

6. Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to run DriveOne (cloud hosting, SMS delivery for OTPs and Google Analytics for aggregated website measurement), under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.

7. Retention & deletion. Data is retained while your account is active. On request, we delete your school's data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

8. Your rights. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
